As never had before, presently we are in an era where English knowledge has been essential for one to build up his or her future . When looking at the socio-economic activities and the trend of them in our country, it is obvious that the need goes up day by day..

To educate children with this language need, even though the government implements a state mechanism spending a huge amount of money for about 10 years at school level and then another 4 more years at university level, it's very clear that it has become unsuccessful. Hence, both parents and children have had to spend their valuable time and money even for the private education for more than 15 years, that has been created in the name of fulfilling this national need.

Why both the state and the private sectors have been unable to give a sufficient English knowledge to most of Sri Lankans is, that the method being used by them is inapplicable to our country (as there is a big difference between learning a mother tongue and a second language, a method that a race uses to learn its mother tongue, is inapplicable to some other race to learn the same language as a second language. What existing in our country is the method being used by the Englishmen to learn English as their mother tongue. By today, this contradiction has already made many socio-economic issues in our country.Hence, it is crystal clear that there is a national need for a new method of teaching English, that can be used to make children perfect in English at school level.
